Some of the topics discussed were food combining, acid/alkaline balance, vitality, and the event was catered by Stacie “Raw Diva” Cohen.

  • March 2001 New Life Expo Nutritional Panel, New York City: The discussion panel participants were personally invited by expo creator Mark Becker. These professionals represented various health disciplines both Holistic and Allopathic. Participants included representatives from the Atkins Institute, Cardiologist and Nutritional Director Dr. Frank Fratellone MD and Nutritionist Jerry Bruster; Dr. Barry Sears PhD author of “The Zone Diet;” Holitian Dr. James Lynch DC; Dr. Allen Poe MD; and myself.
