Cristo synthesizes science, practicality, spirituality, and intuitive abilities into all avenues he engages. When health challenges captured his attention in 1993 he began a spiritual journey that brought about new wholistic opportunities and a profound paradigm shift toward health and spiritual vitality. The journey became so life-transforming that he focusing more passion toward educating an often misinformed public. 10-years of professional clinical service and research brought about his no-nonsense approach to bridging the physical-spiritual process and recognizing how nutrition and emotional eating play significant roles, regardless of their dietary preferences.

One of Cristo' strengths is to assist in natural lifestyle methods for accelerating the detoxification process. When the body has the nerve strength and integrity in various organs, a consistent level of physical and spiritual consciousness will develop effortlessly. Currently he travels North America offering workshops, seminars, and exhibits at national health and spiritual expos. Often he is invited to participate on nutritional panels with world-renown authors and noted health professionals in both traditional and non-traditional modalities.

Iridology Explained

Iridology analysis offers an important contribution toward truly understanding the nature of health and illness within the body.  It is not an esoteric art as one might think at first glance.  It is a well established, comprehensive science and practice that views the integrity of remote bodily tissues by structure, color and density of minute fibers of the iris.  This is most important for allowing an efficient long-term healing. It is a time honored compliment for both Holistic and Allopathic practitioners and is well-known and practiced Worldwide. 

It is a unique tool in that, it is the most comprehensive and non-evasive system of analysis for viewing the body quickly, accurately and holistically.  Analysis reveals inherited strengths and/or weakness of all organs, glands and bodily systems.  Analysis is observed via the reflex action of nerve fibers that communicate the iris with the brain and spinal cord. This helps the client understand their ability to recuperate, as well vitamin and mineral deficiencies can be determined.   

Cristo views the iris with a magnifying loop and maglight  and/or a 3x Polaroid color image.  His evaluations and recommendations help root cause issues, It occurs via the reflex action of nerve fibers that communicate the iris with the brain and spinal cord. which are necessary for longterm and oftentimes immediate benefit.  Iridology is not a symptom-based diagnosis tool for examining "diseases."  Iridology offers a view that blood, urine, x-rays, etc. may not reveal until the condition becomes chronic.  

Once Cristo has identified the areas of weakness or future concern, appropriate herbal-based and nutritional recommendations are offered to the client to strengthen the root cause(s) of many physical, emotional and mental issues.
